We put care into every A1000 notebook we send out, and we want the delivery and return experience to reflect that care. Here’s everything you need to know.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders ship within 3 business days
Shipping Method: Tracked delivery for peace of mind
Confirmation: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
International Orders
We ship globally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.
Please note: customs fees or local taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Packaging
Each A1000 notebook comes in its own protective hessian pouch, carefully packed using 100% recyclable materials.
3. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
The notebook is unused and in its original condition
You notify us at hello@a1000tys.com in advance
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
We recommend using a tracked service
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue, email us within 3 days of delivery with:
A clear photo of the issue
A short description
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—your choice.
