Delivery and Return

We put care into every A1000 notebook we send out, and we want the delivery and return experience to reflect that care. Here’s everything you need to know.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 3 business days

  • Shipping Method: Tracked delivery for peace of mind

  • Confirmation: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

International Orders
We ship globally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.
Please note: customs fees or local taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Packaging

Each A1000 notebook comes in its own protective hessian pouch, carefully packed using 100% recyclable materials.

3. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The notebook is unused and in its original condition

  • You notify us at hello@a1000tys.com in advance

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • We recommend using a tracked service

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue, email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—your choice.
